AIT PROFINET Competence Center
As an international service provider the AIT PROFINET Competence Center offers a wide variety of services, applicable to both manufacturers and end users of PROFINET technology.
The AIT runs a PROFINET testbed and several multi-vendor demonstrators with approx. 60 devices. The core services range from customer-oriented training classes and workshops through to device testing and integration tests for device manufacturers.
The AIT also has extensive experience of providing planning support for plant builders together with implementation assistance and acceptance testing for plant operators.
The Competence Center has used its wealth of knowledge to develop PROFINET diagnostic software that is widely-accepted in the industry sector. The best-known example is the PROFINETanalyzer.
